Payment of Fees

Dear parents,
Warm greetings. Hope you and your family are keeping safe and healthy.
These are indeed trying times for one and all and the whole society is going through difficult times.
We understand the plight of our children and the anxiety and inconvenience they are facing because of the closure of the school.
The management of Bishop Scott Group of Schools and its teachers are standing with our students, taking care of all their academic needs by providing solution through study material, online teaching and help provided through external body MindHour offering solutions to their problems.
It is also a trying time for the school as well as it has to pay salaries and keep up the academic work. Hence we request cooperation from our parents regarding payment of fees. To help them in these tough times, the management has come up with three options for the payment:

The first option- Pay the tuition fee, transport fee and the annual charges
The second option – Pay the tuition fee and the transport fee
The third option – pay the only tuition fee
Those parents who opt for the second or third option will be paying the pending amount in three equal installments later on Hoping you’re staying safe.

All fees are payable in advance in cash, by cheque drawn in favour of BISHOP SCOTT SENIOR SECONDARY GIRLS’ SCHOOL or online by net banking, through Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) or with the help of Debit/Credit Card at School. Fees can be deposited at school campus on all working days except Sundays and holidays between 10:00 and 14:00 hours. Please quote your child’s Admission Number, Name, Class & Section for any kind of correspondence with the School regarding payment of school fees. Fee booklets are issued to students at the start of the academic session. Reissue of fee booklet (in case it is lost or torn) is only done against the payment of Rs. 50/-

School fees are to be paid according to the given schedule:

FEBRUARY & MARCH ON OR BEFORE 10th OF FEBRUARY

The date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as date of payment provided the cheque is not dishonoured.

In case of a holiday falling on 10th, the fees will be accepted on the next working day without late fee fine.

If the school fees are paid after 10th of the respective periods of fee payment, a late fee fine of Rs. 15/- per day shall be charged in addition to the same. Fees, if not paid in the stipulated time period, i.e before 10th of every period, then it must be paid by the 10th of the succeeding month with late fine as mentioned above, without fail. It is hereby reiterated that the late fee extension window is limited to 30 days and a delay beyond 30 days will lead to striking off the name of the student from the school rolls. The student may be readmitted only against availability of seats and at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all arrears in addition to the Readmission charge.

Any cheque/ECS transaction dishonoured by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fees and shall be recovered with an extra levy of Rs. 500/- as fine. Out station cheques will not be accepted.

Parents may kindly keep the payment receipts in safe custody and produce the same to school as proof of payment for future reference.

Parents must ensure the payment of all the dues of a term, before the term exam commences. Admit Cards for the exams will be issued only if there are no dues against the students.
